At Anchor Home Inspection, we just wanted to let our military friends and federal workers know that we’ve been threatened with shut downs before and we understand what you’re going through.  If the government shuts down and federal workers are not paid Anchor Home Inspection will continue to conduct the high-quality inspections we have always conducted to protect our clients. Payments for these services will be postponed until the federal government is up and running again and paychecks are flowing. We’re OK with not getting paid until you get paid. We know that your savings will need to be stretched thin for normal every day things like food, gas, childcare and just living life. During this time we will also be conducting $1 VA wood destroying organism inspections. We this will allow you to not only get the NPMA 33 form needed to complete your VA loan requirements but you will also get the required paid receipt.
