I started out with the intention of learning & eventually taking over my father's floor covering business, later training in my 4 younger brothers. However when I saw the impact this business could make in helping families, I knew this is what I wanted to do for my career. I wanted to really help families by making a difference in their lives. My wife Ashley and I both got licensed together in 2005 & began working with families to help them navigate the financial world. Over time we both continued to grow & learn what our strengths were and she moved into more of a supportive role for my business. My wife still works with me today as my Co-Branch Manager, assisting with marketing materials, training & compliance and operations. She is my best friend and I couldn't ask for a better manager to help keep me & the other Consultants looking good to our clients! We bought our 2nd home in Oakdale, MN back in 2013 near our family and we live with our 2 Siberian Huskies Thor & Loki (yes they are brothers from the same litter & no they are not wolves!). We also spend much of our weekends & some evenings doing unpaid volunteer educational work.
