PESA has been busy implementing exciting new web 3 blockchain protocols into operations. Algorand is a relatively new technology, only two and a half years old, but shows tremendous opportunity as defi and smart contracts become more adopted into the mainstream economy. Below is a chart that measures the ratio between pm's, specifically AG, and ALGO. Algorand development is currently working on improvements in the inter-blockchain environments; working to create seamless bridges between other protocols (EVM/BVM). Along with being carbon negative and pure proof of stake (PPoS), this blockchain has also been recognized as ISO20022 certified which sets it apart from its competition.
