Obviously this view is already doing a lot of the heavy lifting šŸ™ļø But even a beautiful high rise can be hard to picture when itā€™s completely empty.

For this one, we kept everything light and neutral, added plenty of warmth and texture and created clear living and dining areas without competing with those windows.

The result feels comfortable and livable, while still letting the view be the star.

I realize Iā€™ve disappeared from Instagram for a little while, but behind the scenes, weā€™ve been busier than ever transforming spaces and keeping things moving!

Since I havenā€™t shared nearly enough of it here, I figured it was time to reintroduce myself.

Hello! Iā€™m Dianna, the owner and lead designer behind Opal Home Staging.

Of course I love making houses look pretty, but I always remind myself that when it comes to staging, thatā€™s not the whole point. The real goal is to make buyers walk in, fall in love and want to live there. If that helps a home sell faster and for more money, then Iā€™ve done my job. Yay!

And somehow, we now get to do that in more than 100 homes per year, which is still pretty wild to say. Iā€™m incredibly proud of what our team has built.

We have a lot to catch up on, and Iā€™m excited to start sharing more of what weā€™ve been working on!
