LaJon met Serenity at KIPP Bayview when she was just 9 years old, full of curiosity and potential. Today, she’s a college graduate from CSU Dominguez Hills and she’s headed to San Jose State to pursue her master’s in psychology.

We are incredibly proud of Serenity. Not just for her academic achievements, but for her perseverance, her growth, and the example she sets for so many others. Watching her journey unfold has been nothing short of inspiring. We can’t wait to see what she does next!
