About OHA: We are accepting Section 8 Vouchers. The Section 8 Voucher Waitlist for OHA is currently closed. This ADU is not being rented through OHA - no lottery required to rent. Oakland Housing Authority Voucher holders can apply for security deposit and utility bill assistance. Security deposit assistance would be paid directly to the Landlord, but returned to the Tenant.
