According to the 2022 Home Sellers Report, about 64% of prospective home sellers plan to list their properties by the end of August. 🔥

This is great news for first-time home buyers. According to the report, 43% of homeowners planning to sell in 2022 expect to close for $350,000 and below - which is the price range many first-time buyers target - and the segment that has seen intense competition. 🏡

An additional 39% of homeowners plan to sell their homes between $350,000 - $750,000, which is a price range popular among move-up buyers.
