This happened so fast I barely had time to post about it! 🤓 3954 South Peardale went from Just Listed to Pending in nine days and ultimately sold well over the asking price.

There was a lot happening behind the scenes to get this beautiful Upper Happy Valley home ready for market, but once we launched things moved very quickly!

Wonderful sellers, a beautiful home, a terrific team, and a great result.

Fun tour in West Oakland the other day. Set in what was a parking lot for years, in front of an historic train station, it has been reimagined by Oakland youth. So many pretty flowers and a large mound of compost. I recommend taking a moment to visit!
