I first came here many many years ago as a UC Berkeley student and am so glad after decades, the café is thriving with a parklet and a loyal following with its good old-fashioned, healthy comfort food.

So excited to be entering the second week of open houses for 2431 McKinley Ave. in Berkeley -- a Mediterranean style 4 bedroom home with a detached ADU.

We met a neighbor who said he never had to get a drivers license in his 80ish years in the area because he walks and takes public transportation everywhere around the bay area! We had never met anyone who could say that.
