I love my work as a real estate agent in !

Today at a broker tour home preview, I met the seller who had planted the grapefruit tree in front. He not only gave me a fallen fruit, but he said I could graft from his tree onto new rootstock. He said the variety has been said to be rare by a pomologist.

Talking California citrus at a property for sale is my happy place!
