California Dream for All is a great program for first time homebuyers who need down payment assistance. The program will pay up to 20% down. If the buyer decides to sell they will have to pay the 20% back along with 20% of the appreciation. This helps buyers get in homes with more affordable mortgages and still allows them to keep majority of the equity.
Great program for first time home buyers.
