Congratulations to my client Elizabeth for accepting the offer on her property at such a crazy time in the market. Originally we were listing November 1st but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to post in a little bit later in the month which has caught Between Thanksgiving and Christmas which would usually be a dead market at this time. Despite that we had 115+ people show up for the open houses we conducted, two offers submitted, one counteroffer and one accepted.
