This 1890's Berkeley Craftsman was our most recent project now complete. It has gorgeous 140 year old Douglas Fir interior trim and floors throughout. This rich wood tells a story all its own. The goal was to keep as much in tact with minimal invasive construction yet include all the elements of easy, breezy modern living. We reused and repurposed as much of the original wood we could and what we needed to replicate we sourced from local mills. Nice, right?

Some beauty shots of a recent project we completed in the Orinda hills. Homes here come with gorgeous views as well as challenging sloping yards. To maximize outdoor living space, a series of patios, floating decks, walkways, pool and kitchen were created using drawings from landscape architect Peter Koenig Designs. Alot went into building this and of course was all worth it now that our clients are using and enjoying it everyday. Cheers!

JUST SOLD! Our renovated rancher bungalow was already listed at the tippy top of the market and recently sold for over asking. The warm light that comes in from the three French doors coats the entire room all day. A picture perfect home for our newlywed buyers to start their new life together. Cheers to many happy returns 🥂🥂
