The mission of Thumbs-Up Inc., an “in the process” designated Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE), are two fold: not only to employ as many qualified candidates to fulfill open and available career opportunities within the organization as operations grow while maintaining corporate profitability, but critical to our success the offering of affordable home rentals, leasing and/or selling of
homes targeting the elderly population, and subsequently families who are in need, to secure, empower and to improve the quality of their life. Opportunities for employment are within the real estate, construction, renovation, property management, janitorial and landscaping of homes within our inventory. Let us mention that in addition, we will also focus on potential clients within the private home market, and within the public and private sector businesses, corporations and governmental agencies, who require our areas of expertise and services. We expect to operate a high value operation with integrity, intelligence and expertise within our areas of operations that entails the San Francisco Bay region inclusive of Solano, Alameda, Santa Clara, Contra Costa and San Mateo counties.
