This one is very special to me. In May of 2016 I passed my Real Estate Licensing Exam. Seven months later I closed my very first deal. It was such a huge, life changing learning experience. My client and the seller were both Veterans and my client trusted me. 😂 I didn’t know what the hell I was doing, but I touched ever aspect of that transaction which was how I learned the process. Long story short, in December that year my client closed on 367 Mildred avenue.

We kept in touch over the years and earlier this year he was blessed to build a beautiful home out of state and asked me if I would help him sell his Home 🏠. I am so honored by the trust and support. We were on the market 8 days and we closed in 24. God is good 🙏🏾!

Meeting Lionel and him having faith in me and giving me an opportunity changed my whole life. And it’s the gift that keeps on giving. I have had the opportunity to help a lot of people. Including family achieve the dream of home ownership.
