Staying the course in spite of challenges!

As we close out the year, I’m excited to share a success story that truly embodies the spirit of staying the course in spite of challenges! We finally closed on this rare find property in Lathrop. I met the seller through my second mother, Angie, and her husband Garrett Riller, and we hit the ground running from the start.

The home was in pretty good condition but needed a little “touch up” to be photo and market ready. We painted the interior throughout, updated the appliances, landscaped the front and backyard, ordered inspections, and fixed what was needed. Whew!

We initially put this home on the market at the beginning of 2024, with the seller's intentions of relocating to Florida. We received a couple of offers, but due to an unforeseen circumstance, we had to take it off the market for a few months so that the seller could work out some kinks, per se.

Long story short, we came back on in late fall, and the market spoke! We achieved one of the highest sales in the last 3-4 years, and my new clients are now ready for the next chapter of their lives. I am incredibly thankful to be thought of when it’s time to sell and buy one of, if not the biggest purchase of their lives.

I want to express my gratitude to all involved: Lynette Collins, who was the icing on the cake, the buyer’s agent and buyers, and my extended family for trusting me with their dear friends to get this done. I’m excited for the new year and what’s in store!

"Mission Complete."

Our journey began back in March, with a clear goal in mind: to sell their investment property and purchase their “forever home” for their family. Today, I am excited to share that we have achieved that mission.
