By cutting directly through the fifth floor of the 1901 Franklin Garage, we created the physical connective tissue that binds our 1900 Broadway campus together.

Delivering a connected campus demands spatial vision, land assembly, and physical access to eliminate friction across the user experience. Placing the garage at the center seamlessly links 635 parking spaces and street-level retail into 1900 Broadway while unifying continuous access across 1950 Franklin.

In our latest post, we outline how Behring Co. aligns real estate development with STAK Space operations and STAK Ventures investment to bring this vision to life.
