Max Martinez 🚀
Max truly embodies what it means to be an HMA Rockstar. His exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to supporting his team continue to make a tremendous impact across the organization.

Whether he is supporting Regional Managers, site teams, or leadership, Max is always willing to step in wherever he is needed. He approaches every challenge with professionalism, positivity, and a solution-focused mindset.

Max recently took initiative to create an outstanding Turn Board, bringing more organization, efficiency, and accountability to the unit turn process. His innovation has created a valuable tool that will continue to help teams improve operations and drive results company-wide.

She is bringing the energy, the hustle, and the results 💪 On top of that, she is always stepping up to support and mentor her team, which makes her impact even bigger.
