Congratulations to Alfonso on your first home purchase, and thank you Rhez Solano for your valued referral. When this NASA research scientist who looks for evidence of life beyond Earth shared his wishlist for his first home; move in ready, 3 bedrooms, exposed ceiling design near hiking trails in the Bay Area for under $650k…I must admit, I thought Alfonso had a better chance of discovering aliens first. Nonetheless, our bold journey took off in February and even brought us to the distant lands of Hollister on occasion. Finally, we made a discovery in Concord that was perfect in every way that he could call (or phone) home. We were able to fend off multiple offers while negotiating some repairs and receive a credit for closing costs too! Welcome home Alfonso, may your stay be long and prosperous!

Congratulations to Jamie and Mark on getting the keys to their new home! 🎉🏠 It's always so fulfilling (and a huge relief) to see clients succeed in a very competitive market, especially when their words the night before submitting their offer was "Tom!, we must get this house!". And Jamie and Mark did just that! They sold their condo just last week and now they're starting a new chapter in their beautiful new home, thanks to some fortuitous timing, deep research and hard work.
