CAW!!!5th property under contract and closed escrow today. So excited because this property will be the first one I will change from 3/1 to 3/2 by adding a gorgeous master bathroom. This property is located in Sacramento with 1500sq.ft and an ARV around $325-$335k and I got the property for $150k..I been in Mastery for about 2 years now and I’m finally going to step my game up and add a bathroom, so nervous but so excited at the same time
