FYI... As we head into the winter months, many times we are spending more time inside.These are some helpful tips to improve air quality.I was very interested to find out that poor air quality can actually add to some pretty serious health issues.. So important to stay vigilant regarding our health , especially as we Head into the cooler seasons. Consumer Reports.
Also has some good information if An indoor air purification system is on your list. I think most of our telephones actually indicate air quality. So that is a really good thing to check and we can just open our doors and windows, especially September October, in our second summer and improved air quality. That way, it was also good to see that washing bedding in hot water is a good idea. I know my wash and cold, so it just proves you can learn something new every day..😆🙂
