Big progress today in Ocklawaha! ⚡🏠

Duke Energy was on site setting the new power poles for our residential build. It’s always exciting to see another major piece of the project take shape.

Thank you to the Duke Energy crews for getting it done. Another big milestone as we move this home toward the finish line!

One of my favorite photos we've taken in a while. Jason Rector Dylan Paige

This photo was taken out front of a home my daughter, Dylan, and I recently built together.

It was a simple moment, and a reminder of why we do what we do.
The homes we build today become the places where families gather, children grow up, and memories are made for years to come.

Built by Families.
For Families.

Proudly serving Ocala and Marion County, Florida.

I see this all the time. These small things turn into big repairs if ignored.

If you own property in Ocala or Marion County, this matters.

These simple checks protect your investment from Florida heat, rain, and humidity.

✔ Gutters
✔ Caulking
✔ Paint

Ignore them and small issues turn into real expenses.

Stay ahead of it this spring.

Save this for later.

Tomorrow is the final day to vote for Best of the 352

We’re honored to be nominated for Best of the 352 – Home Builder this year.

Marion County has been very good to my family, and for nearly 20 years we’ve had the privilege of building homes here while working alongside local trades and small businesses who support their families in this community.

To me, building homes isn’t just construction it’s about supporting the people who help make Marion County what it is.

It seems like a lot of people have had that moment where they passed on the right piece of land… and later wished they hadn’t.

And this Woodfield Crossing parcel is one of those where, looking back, timing ends up being what matters most.

You can already start to picture what this could become over the next 12–24 months.

Dylan Rector can walk you through it.
