Kelli Holt is ray of Florida sunshine. Raised in Tampa where she got her degree from the University of South Florida in Mass Communications /Public Relations. She then moved south to exuberant Fort Lauderdale, Miami and finally the Keys where she was Morada Bays Director of Events and Catering for the hottest and most popular full moon parties in all of the Florida Keys. But, after sixteen years of being in the spotlight, Kelli and her husband, Chris, yearned for a quieter life filled with all the animals that a little farm could handle. So four and a half years ago they moved to Ocala, where Kelli says, people smile at you for no reason🌳

Having helped people find temporary accommodations in the hotel industry and loved having done so, Kelli thought that real estate would be a wonderful way to still guide people, only this time, it was helping people find their dream homes. “Advising people through the buying and selling process is a major event in one’s life,” says Kelli, “I wanted to be a part of that.” She met Valerie Dailey while working for the Marion Therapeutic Riding Association. In 2020 she got her real estate license and in 2023 joined the Showcase Properties family of agents🏡

Once on board, Kelli’s creative ideas started proliferating. With her communications/public relations and hospitality background, she has started her own YouTube channel called “Showcasing Ocala with Kelli Holt”. She takes you too all the fun spots, unique places and cultural activities in Marion County, showing people how wonderful it is to live or move here.

Community involvement is an important part of her living in Ocala. Before Showcase, Kelli was active with the Chamber of Commerce, MTRA, Marion Builders Association, and is now a current member of the PRSA, Public Relations Society of America.

As a self described “foodie” who loves to cook and eat, she and Chris take full advantage of the wonderfully zestful and palatable restaurants in town. A few of her favorites are Ivy House, Gathering Cafe and Tony’s Sushi.

“Riding the trails, eating good food, being creative and all in a friendly environment, what’s not to love about living in Ocala” says Kelli with her infectious laugh☀
