HOA meeting on July 20th @ 1pm. We will meet at the VFW hall located at 9401 SW 110th St., Ocala.

The agenda will discuss the replacement on our current Vice Treasure in October of 2024, progress of rental homes and the MOHA covenants requirements, Violation progress and future vote for covenant change in 2024.

Annual Board meeting will be held on Nov. 30th @ 6:30. We will be accepting ballots until 7:30. The board will then hold a board meeting to discuss annual due assessments.

Please join us Thursday night.

We are looking for volunteers in the neighborhood to assist with the Annual board voting on Thursday night. Volunteers are needed to assist in counting the votes. The meeting is at 6:30 and we can train before the meeting starts or one day this week if interested. Please message me if interested .

Covenant amendment vote was tonight. A big Thank you for all those who helped count and assembled for the vote.

A quorum was reached of 188 votes (181 was needed 30 percent plus one of total homes). An unofficial total of 92 yes and 96 no was reached.

*Please remember next month we have our Annual meeting with election time of open board seats. If interested in running, please send a self bio to Kim Bockenstedt to add your name and include this on ballot by October 28th.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!

Looking for volunteers to assist with the ballot collection and counting for the next Special Meeting for MOHA.

Please respond or message back if interested. We can complete a 1:1 training prior to meeting.

It is Fall time again. The time to start thinking of elections time for the MOHA board.

If you are wanting to donate time to help your neighbors and run for a seat on the homeowners board, we will need your name for the ballot and a bio for voters to get to know you.

Please let us know at the next board meeting Oct. 26th.
