Dalia Ferrufino, Realtor Hi, I am here to assist you with any of your real estate needs. Yo hablo español Dalia’s parents throughout the years owned a few properties for extra income.

Dalia was born and raised in Houston, Texas from immigrant parents that moved to the USA from Colombia, South America. Her father named her Dalia after his favorite flower being that he was raised on a small farm up on the high mountains right outside Cali, Colombia. He believed that it is the most beautiful flower in the world and wanted his only daughter to be named after it. Growing up, Dalia l

earned the importance of maintaining her family’s background and culture. She is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish and loves to eat Colombian food and all other Latin American cuisines. She learned from her parents that owning rental properties is another source of income. Her mother also had a passion for interior design which Dalia later grew a passion for as well. Dalia would spend hours in her room looking at interior design magazines and dreaming how she wanted to decorate her bedroom and later her future home. Dalia later decided to move to Florida to raise her family about 18 years ago. Dalia is a proud mother of two teen daughters whose ages are 17 and 15 years old. They both attend high school in New Tampa and currently live in a beautifully gated community where Dalia and her daughters all love and enjoy spending their time as a family. Dalia was born and raised as a Christian all her life. She is a follower of Jesus Christ who attends church regularly and has raised her two daughters in church as well. Dalia graduated from University of Central Florida in Education in Orlando and has been an elementary school teacher for almost 13 years. She has taught in multiple counties in Florida: Orange, Polk, and Hillsborough County. Dalia has a passion for teaching and has a huge heart for children. She is known to have patience and is diligent in maintaining open communication with parents as it is vital for the children’s learning and well-being overall. Dalia has a love for people and a passion for houses, she decided to join real estate to help educate and assist others in finding their dream homes. She is currently a part of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Dalia is licensed to buy and sell properties across the state of Florida however she specializes in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. Whether you are a new homebuyer or a seasoned homeowner, Dalia’s expertise will meet even the most stringent standards.
