Hey gang, Mortgage Chad here. If you have a rate right now over 6.5% you might want to look at doing a rate & term refinance to see how low we can get you. Rates have dropped a bit and depending on circumstances I'm actually getting some folks rates in the mid-4% range. I'm finishing up a refi currently that is going to save my client over $600 a month on their payments.
