After years of military service, he and his wife were ready for something different. Quiet land, room to breathe, and as far from the Washington DC metro area as they could reasonably get. Newberry, Florida checked every box. Ten acres, big oak trees, and sunsets worth sitting outside for.

Getting here wasn't without a fight. A survey issue threatened to push the whole closing back. We found a way through it and still closed early. And here's something I'll repeat until people listen: they bought a 2022 built home and still got a full inspection. Good thing too, because items came up that the seller addressed before we ever got to the closing table. Recent construction does not mean problem-free. Please get the inspection.
