Congratulations to my buyer (and new neighbor 😂) who sold her home in Maryland and came down to Florida with no where to go. I showed her 10 homes that day and this was the only one she walked in and was excited about.
We were able to close it in just 2 weeks and get her out of a hotel.

CLOSED! 🎉🎊🏡

My buyer had to go through 3 different lenders to get a pre approval but once we had the pre approval in hand we hit the ground running and found the perfect home!
As soon as we walked in it felt like it was meant to be.
I was able to get her $9,200 in closing cost help from the seller. She also is a nurse and received an extra $575 from me as part of our Hero Program. What’s even more amazing is the seller MATCHED me and gave my buyer an extra $575 credit!

We were also able to close this over a week earlier than expected and I was able to coordinate to get this closed while I was in Montana!
