I recently tried Verdante’s soil conditioner for wildflowers I am growing from seed. Wow what a difference it made!! In just about a week the cosmos tripled in size and blooms! I highly recommend giving this a try.

I gave Chungmijung Black Grain Shampoo a try. It claims that it helps create a healthy scalp and reduce oily hair. Unfortunately, I have used this product 3 times with one day in between of washing my hair each time. I don’t notice a difference in my hair. OK, ladies starting to go through perimenopause. We need to start talking about our experiences and what helps. Something that I’ve developed in the past several months that seems to be related to perimenopause is horrible itching on my scalp, hands and feet. I went to my doctor and he prescribed me a ketoconazole shampoo that I could use. However, the shampoo did not help my scalp and it gets pretty bad so I came across Celsius Herbs Ultra Scalp retinol serum. I will say that it works for immediate relief but long-term, it comes back sometimes within 20 to 30 minutes. I do like the product in that it doesn’t make my hair greasy and it does help, however, I need something long-term to make this better. Does anybody have any recommendations?
