A little about me and our brokerage's culture:

I am committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Communication and availability is key in this fast paced market! is not just a tag line - it is our company culture and motto. Our customers have our full attention to ALL the details. Originally from Davie, FL my family moved to Ocala when I was 12 years old and I consider Ocala my hometown. My family's love of horses and the construction boom brought us to Marion County in the late 80's and both industries continue to influence me today. After spending some time living in the greater NYC area, Mid-West, and Low Country of South Carolina, I returned home in 2009. While working for the City of Ocala as their Cultural Arts Manager, I started investing in residential real estate within the downtown core neighborhoods. In 2016 I decided to pursue real estate as a full-time career and was fortunate to be mentored by Richard Schleicher, founder, and at that time, broker of It's All About You...Real Estate, LLC. In early 2022 I purchased the brokerage with the goal of continuing to develop the brand that Rich created - a specialized, boutique brokerage that offers an unparrelled level of real estate services in North Central Florida with an exceptional network of resources in lending, insurance, and the construction trades. I am a firm believer in the importance of national, state, and local continuing education opportunities as I strive to best serve my clients and mentor agents within my brokerage. In 2024 I obtained the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation and Seller Representative Specialist Designation. Additionally, I am excited at the opportunity to support the Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors by serving on the 2025 Professional Development Committee. I am passionate about supporting our community's vibrancy and quality of life through access to the arts, public green spaces, preservation of our natural resources, and recreation opportunities. I am currently serving on the City of Ocala's Vision Focus Group 2050 and the City of Ocala's Ocala Historic Preservation Advisory Board. From childhood through present day I have been an avid equestrian. The perfect day to recharge my spirit starts with a ride on my horse and ends with my husband and I out on the boat, reeling in a redfish while watching the sunset over the Gulf.

🏡 NEW PRICE: $374,900! ✨

A little historic charm. A LOT of potential. And now an even better price.

This two-story cottage in the Ocala Historic District is just 4 blocks from the Downtown Farm Market and right in the golf cart district—so downtown dinners, Saturday mornings at the market, and cruising around the neighborhood are practically part of the package. 🛺🌳
Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, original wood floors and some seriously charming architectural details—including two fireplaces. 🔥

Is it perfectly polished? Nope. And that’s exactly where the opportunity comes in.

This home is ready for a buyer with vision to tackle the needed repairs and updates while creating something uniquely their own. Restore the historic character, rethink the spaces, update the baths and bring your Pinterest board—you’ve got a wonderful canvas to work with.

And outside? There’s plenty of room to dream about a future garage, pool… or maybe both. 🌿

Sometimes the best homes aren’t finished stories. They’re the ones waiting for you to write the next chapter. ❤️
