Most sellers don’t realize how important the first 10 days on the market really are.

That’s usually when the most serious buyers are watching, alerts are going out, and your home is getting its first impression online.

If the price is too high, the photos are weak, or the home doesn’t create interest quickly, buyers may skip it before ever scheduling a showing.

And once a listing starts sitting, buyer psychology changes.

They start asking:
“Why hasn’t it sold?”
“Is something wrong with it?”
“Can we offer less?”
