Congrats to my buyers & seller on this Lake Tropicana property. I sold it 3 years ago, and the then buyer, who wasn't my client, recently reached out to me to list it for him. He had previously used me to list another property he owned shortly after buying this home, too.

He found himself needing to sell, to relocate to Texas. I was able to secure a buyer in a matter of days and see it close in just a couple of weeks. This transaction helped my buyers find another property after giving up their search sometime ladt year. I was able to pair them up to match up their needs. Wishing both my seller & buyers the absolute best with their new journey!

This will likely become an Equestrian airbnb rental in it's not so distant future.
