What a great day of learning at OMCAR!

Today’s Basics of Commercial Real Estate Negotiations class gave our members the opportunity to spend the day with instructor Soozie Walker learning more about navigating commercial real estate negotiations. From strengthening communication skills to working through challenges and finding solutions, this 7 CE course covered strategies that can be put to use in real world commercial transactions.

UPCOMING CHANGES TO SEPTIC SYSTEMS IN FLORIDA! What do you need to know? Florida Legislature passed HB 1379, legislation designed to reduce pollutants entering Florida's waterway and improve water quality. Depending on the property's location and septic system, owners may need to 1. Install an advanced nitrogen reducing septic system, 2. Connect to central sewer when available, 3. Meet additional permitting or maintenance requirements. Check the BMAP if your property is located within a BMAP. Scan the QR code on property location and applicable septic requirements.
