Market Snapshot: May 31–June 6, 2026
Compared to the same week last year, the tri-county market continues to show strong momentum heading into summer. Inventory increased significantly in both Lake and Marion Counties, providing buyers with more options, while closed sales rose across all three counties. Marion County posted particularly strong pending and sold activity, demonstrating that buyer demand remains healthy even as inventory grows.
For sellers, higher year-over-year sales indicate that buyers are still actively making purchasing decisions. For buyers, increased inventory in key areas creates more opportunities to find the right home while maintaining negotiating flexibility.
