Got away to the Finger Lakes with Liz for a few days. It's much cooler up there, which was a nice change.

Highly recommend heading up there if you've never made the trip.

Cape May County rolled out a "Know Your Zone" evacuation program. Four zones, A through D, and Sea Isle sits in Zone A with the rest of the barrier island towns.

With recent storms, it is good to have this information in your back pocket for the next time one hits!

Quick market update from the seawall in North Wildwood (prior to the storms), the word right now is patience.

If you're buying, get pre-qualified before you start looking. Locked and loaded, and know your market well enough that you can move when the right one shows up. Inventory's tight and rates ticking up isn't making it easier.

If you're selling in the next year or two, start now. Purge the stuff you don't need, paint, fix the broken light bulb you've been walking past. All of it takes longer than you think, and getting it done early means way less to deal with when it's time to list.

September flew by!

Celebrated Liz's birthday, got out for a friend's birthday, and closed things out with the big dinner after the Member/Guest Tournament. Always a good night.
