It doesn’t take much to turn a bathroom into a more modern feel/space. Our apartment had brown 80s tiling everywhere. Keep in mind when searching for your next home or investment property that this can be done in almost any bathroom that feels like it needs a little upgrade. For under $200 we

1. Repainted the bathroom vanity and re-caulked
2. Repainted the walls and heater
3. Went over all the tile with a plastic shiplap and put a rectangular piece of pvc on top as trim with the help from our maintenance guy Carlos
4. Stenciled a design we liked on the walls (Found on Etsy)
5. Put up shelves and added some decor
Our next project is to go over the shower tiles with a white epoxy refinisher
