I have so may tools at my fingertips to help dream chasers looking for that perfect beach house. And, as I like to remind everyone, I can do this for FREE! We all know someone like this..... "I'd love to have a shore house. I don't know if I can afford it, I don't know how the process works, how do I sift through the thousands of websites and find something that I like. I don't want a realtor calling me every five minutes saying, "buy this!", "great deal!", "You don't want to miss this one!".

It's true what they say, timing is everything. I'm sure everyone has a story where they found out about a great deal, JUST AFTER IT WAS OVER! grrrrrrrrr. But I don't think the timing part is always an accident, you have to put yourself into a position where you can become aware of a good situation and take advantage of it. Those who know me, know that my wife and I are huge Disney fans. We try to find out as much as we can and take advantage of situations that pop up. We make sure we know what's happening, it's really pretty simple.

Which brings me to the real estate part of this story (you had to know that was coming....). I know a property here in Ocean City and within 2 weeks of it being listed, it was sold. Someone in the right spot at the right time? Unlikely. Someone who made sure they were getting new information as soon as it became available? You can count on it.

I can help sellers and buyers keep up to date on a daily and weekly basis with the information I have at my fingertips (condos sold in Ocean City during the quarter ended 9/30/19 on average sold at 93% of asking price!).

I’ve often said, life is about memories. We all know our favorite memories. Though life may change, circumstances change, memories remain. I have been fortunate to create wonderful memories in Ocean City. I get to share my memories with my friends, I get to hear about their memories. I love Ocean City, it really is where memories are made.
