I love working with my first-time buyer clients! It is so much fun to guide you through the process of the BIGGEST purchase of your life!

​Here are three things that my new buyer clients will often hear me say:

-Keep an open mind. Sometimes, the criteria that you started searching (like a specific neighborhood) can change as you see homes and learn more about what your likes/dislikes are.
-Be patient. I promise we will find you the perfect home. It might not be the first one -- some of my buyers see dozens of homes before they find "it" but I promise we will get you there!
-Expect the unexpected. Buying a home (or selling one, for that matter) rarely goes exactly as planned, but I will always do what it takes to get my clients to closing day!
