Most property managers aren't bad at their job. They're just not focused on the right one.
Plenty keep your property clean, keep the reviews decent, and handle the basics fine. But somewhere between listing it on one platform, setting a rate once and leaving it, and skipping the slow months entirely, revenue quietly stops being anyone's responsibility.
If any of this sounds like your rental, it's worth a second look. Not at the property. At who's running it.
