I received a call from a Realtor in Florida who was interviewing several agents to represent the sale of 5224 Haven Avenue in Ocean City. After our conversation, he felt we would be the right fit for the seller.

What neither of us realized at the time was that the seller was actually a friend of mine. It was great to reconnect, earn their trust, and help guide them through a successful sale.
