Unit 51 Nassau Village This is a 2 bedroom,1 1/2 bath family owned townhouse. We are located 4 blocks from the beach. The This is a 2 bedroom,1 1/2 bath townhouse. This unit can sleep 8.

The unit is located on the bay with a boat slip. There is a community swimming pool open 10-7 daily. Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has two doubles, and the downstairs couch folds out into a very comfortable queen sleeper. Each bedroom has vanity with sink and the full bath between the two bedrooms. We do have wireless internet.

We are so excited to share some updates to our beach home! ☀️🏖

This fall we painted all of our kitchen cabinets to freshen up the look. This winter we removed the living room fireplace to allow for more seating options! We love how much bigger it made the living room feel. We just added all new furniture, too! We are not quite finished adding artwork so hang tight.

We also added new life proof flooring through the downstairs and upstairs hallway.

The kitchen closet (which originally was always kept locked) is now open and usable to store all of your pantry goodies when visiting. We also added a new corner dinette set last year!

Our goal is always to make our home away from home feel like your home when you come to visit! 🏠 We appreciate the care and love you give our home! ❤️
