They’re the ones who understand the difference between:

something that’s simply “nice”
and something that’s actually hard to find again.

Especially now.

The market has shifted, and buyers have more room to breathe than they used to. But the truly special homes still create strong reactions quickly.

The happiest buyers long term also tend to focus less on what everyone else thinks they should want…

Affordable waterfront in Ocean City (especially something you can make your own) doesn’t come up often.

And when it does, it doesn’t last.

I see this a lot when people are making big decisions around home ownership (and in life in general!)

It looks like “overthinking.”

But most of the time, it’s actually questioning what we already know inside.

Second guessing what we noticed.

Talking ourselves out of what felt off.

Looking for something external to confirm what we already felt.

The clarity is usually there early.

It just gets quieter the more it’s questioned.

I’m not sure I’ve ever laughed as hard as I did working with the two of you. Even the stressful moments were fun!

Whether locking your coat with your car keys inside the house we had no access to, coming up with “nicknames” or trying to find a house with adequate under stairs storage🥂😜 there was literally never a dull moment.
