Good Morning Everyone!

Our crews will be out pretreating properties prior to the weather event at hand and handling mitigation during and after the event with the goal of ensuring condo operation continuity, and establishing a safe environment across all of our properties. Our main concern is ICE formation, which won’t be leaving anytime soon due to extreme cold forecasted for the next week or
more.

We will also be proactively checking properties throughout the week making sure minimum temperatures are maintained in critical infrastructure areas.

Since this storm is impacting most of our clients at that primary homes, please stay safe when dealing with the after effects of this storm! Don’t worry, we have you covered at the beach!

It is highly likely that our office hours will be impacted Monday. Please call our Office in the event of an emergency, and email your property manager for non emergency items.

If you see someone dressed like this working on your property the next 2-3 days, do not be alarmed!

We don’t see as much of this soft fluffy snow on the coast, we are used to wet heavy (close to freezing snow). It’s surprisingly slick.

We have about 4inches at a property on the Delaware line and it increases as we work south. Crews will surely be busy on Chincoteague when we start there around 8am.

With the cold temps, still deserves snow removal so we can get more salt/ ice melt down.

Be safe everyone.

Due to predicted road conditions from winter weather, our office will be closed tomorrow Monday January 6, 2025. We will be open again Tuesday January 7, 2025.

If anything changes with the weather tomorrow you can find an update here on our page.

We have already started pre-treatment for ice/snow mitigation, and will have crews working on snow removal actively throughout the storm and afterwards.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Our office will be closed through January 2nd to allow our staff to enjoy time with their friends and family!

Labor Day signals the end of the busiest time of year for many businesses in our area. Even though it has been a slower season this year, it has felt anything but slow the past few weeks!
Our management and maintenance staff have experienced an almost unprecedented (almost 20) amount of leaks the past two weeks, including a run of 4 between 9pm Friday night until Noon Saturday morning a week ago. These issues have tested us in many ways, and thanks to the hard work and dedication of our employees and trade partners, we have handled them and the correlating unit damages promptly and professionally!

So on this Labor Day, a special thanks is order to all those who did such a good job!
Now hopefully that trend settles down!

We were already aware of this issue, but good info to share. Most of the issues you will see onsite are “Comm Error” trouble alarms.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

It has come to the attention of our Fire Marshal’s Office that numerous buildings in the city that are outfitted with fire alarm systems may be experiencing issues with the system’s telecommunications interface, possibly related to the global CrowdStrike software-update issue effecting businesses and industries across the country. While the issue doesn’t appear to effect fire alarm system detectors or occupant notification features (horns/strobes), some systems that typically automatically contact the fire department via phone line may temporarily NOT complete that function. As a result, there is a potential for delay in fire department response.

Occupants of buildings experiencing a fire alarm activation and/or fire are always encouraged to immediately evacuate and then dial 911 to ensure the prompt response of the fire department.

Property owners may contact their management company and/or fire alarm contractor if they are experiencing issues, and may contact the Fire Marshal’s Office at 410-289-8780 with additional concerns.
