🦅 Are you ready for some football? And the fall market? As the season shifts Ocean City is once again a balanced market.
There are still pockets of inventory, such as 4 bedroom homes on the island, seeing bidding wars… but otherwise things have slowed down a little with days on market increasing 20% to an average of 70 days. Some areas on the mainland are seeing as high as 90.
All this being said, the median list price still grew 5% up to $1,449,000! So even with the increased days we haven’t seen a break in prices.
