In the past 7 days in Worcester County Residential Market we saw a total of 58 new listings and 49 listings under contract. In Wicomico County, we saw 47 new listings that came on the market, and 32 that went under contract. In Sussex County Delaware, we saw 195 new listings that came on the market and 184 listings went under contract.

In the past 7 days in Worcester County Residential Market we saw a total of 58 new listings and 54 listings under contract. New listings having an increase over last week while listing under contracts have a slight decrease. In Wicomico County, we saw 33 new listings that came on the market, and 34 that went under contract. In Sussex County Delaware, we saw 212 new listings that came on the market and 181 listings went under contract.

In Wicomico County, we saw 44 new listings that came on the market, and 34 that went under contract. In Sussex County Delaware, we saw 208 new listings that came on the market and 157 listings went under contract.
