In the past 7 days in Worcester County Residential Market we saw a total of 94 new listings and 50 listings under contract. In Wicomico County, we saw 56 new listings that came on the market, and 52 that went under contract. In Wicomico County, we saw 39 new listings that came on the market, and 29 that went under contract. Listings saw a slight decrease over last week while listings under contract increased. In Wicomico County, we saw 42 new listings that came on the market, and 43 that went under contract. In Sussex County Delaware, we saw 178 new listings that came on the market and 256 listings went under contract.
