A change of plans has opened up The Sandy Inn for this weekend’s OC Air Show!

The Sandy Inn is a first floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Condo sleeps 6; there are 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Central A/C, cable, wi-fi, washer/dryer in unit, electronic keypad safe, patio.

The complex has an outdoor pool.

Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, bus and tram stations, as well as Mother's Cantina, FishTales, Blu, Coins, Pit and Pub, Buxy's/Dry Dock 28, Cowboy Coast, The Sandbar, Happy Jack Pancake House, Fractured Prune, 7-Eleven, Jolly Rogers Amusements (rides, go carts, water park), several mini golf courses, and a playground.

Great location for bikers, walkers, runners--close to everything but tucked in quieter neighborhood.

No pets. No smoking/vaping in unit. No long-term or seasonal rentals. We welcome vacation rentals.

Our condos are located in Gullway Villas (Lark Lane and Bayshore Drive, near 27th Street bayside); the complex has an outdoor pool.

Units have two bedrooms and are walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf, go kart tracks, water park, playground, bus stops and many great restaurants. Great location for walkers, runners and bikers.

All have central A/C, TV, cable, wi-fi, off-street parking space, and washer and dryer in the unit; 1.0 or 2.0 baths. Patio or balcony. Each sleeps up to 6/7.

There are only 8 condos in each building, which gives you more privacy than a hotel-style complex.

Condos are thoroughly cleaned between guests.

Easy self check in/check out. (Rental manager lives at the complex and is available to assist you 24/7.)

No smoking/vaping in the condo. No pets. No long-term rentals.

We do not charge any fees.
