When we were in the depth of "The Quarantine", all my friends who owned or managed weekly rentals told me all their reservations got cancelled! It looked pretty glum.

Then one after another told me people were contacting them to rent, 3 weeks, a month and even one friend had a 6 week rental! Seems a lot of people didn't want to risk going far away for vacation. OR they have to work from home anyway, and they figured why not at the beach?

If you had to work from home all summer, would you think of setting up camp at a condo in Ocean City?

As of yesterday, Thursday, May 14, 2020, Town of Ocean City has lifted the ban on Short Term Rentals as well as Hotel/Motel bookings! Read here! Edward Pikulski

Ocean City Mayor Rick Meehan announced Thursday that the town will repeal its lodging restrictions. The move follows the reopening of the beach last week.

Ok, so at this point I mostly have personal friends following this business page. So I can ask you all a "timely" question. (If it's too stupid you can just regale me in private!) But if they came up with a lightweight "gas mask" that was easy to wear, had enough ventilation to keep cool, and didn't look stupid, would you wear it?
