This home never hit the market.

I've been working with these buyers for over two years, and like a lot of buyers, we saw plenty of houses together but they weren't quite hitting the mark.

Then this opportunity came up, and I remember thinking, this is their house. I picked up the phone, gave them a call, and before long we were under contract.
