It’s utterly amazing what’s going on with our utility rates. My condo has been closed all winter and my water bill for last month is $186. This follows the $263 electric bill for the same period (granted, some electric being used). NJ utilities are in shambles and renters are wondering why the weekly rates keep going up! Will the new Governor go anything??

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, boasts spectacular ocean views and is just a block away from the beach.
