New porch lights are in, with a big thank you to Brianx2. We are so fortunate to have owners who help get the work done around here.

The grounds look lovely with the grass growing beautifully and the abundance of flowers and foliage all doing well this late spring. Hopefully Mother Nature will continue to bless us with good growing weather!

There is a rental still available here and there this summer. We have some late June openings and one July 18-25 and then again beginning the second half of August. Contact the resident manager Thresa if you are looking for a family rental. 410-289-7409.

AHHHH…. It’s finally feeling like spring/summer in Ocean City. First day it has been beautiful and warm enough to enjoy some outside relaxation in summer gear.

If you are still looking for a reasonably priced family rental for the summer, we have just a few openings remaining. Please scroll down to the previous post for what might be available. We have some openings for late June and two in July, and then some beginning August 15. Get them before they are filled.

Spring is definitely taking shape at Horizons East. The flowers are blooming and growing and we continue to get the grounds in shape for the warmer weather.

We have some openings to share. You can give us a call if you are looking for a family rental for something this spring, like Springfest, Spring Cruisers, Memorial Day weekend, Spring Jeep Week, Sand Soccer, Air Show, and Fireman’s Convention rentals. NO senior week requests, please.

For Summer family rentals we have a few here and there left.
June 27-July 4: 2 and 3 bedrooms
July 4-July 11: One 2-bedroom
July 18-July 25: One 2-bedroom
August 8-August 15: One 2-bedroom
August 15-August 22: One 2-bedroom
August 22-August 29: Two 2-bedrooms

It’s the beginning of the owner work weekend, where we spend time together sprucing up the property to the best of our collective abilities and enjoy the fellowship of our owner community. It is just starting to look a bit like spring down here!

Still looking for a family summer rental? We have 2-bedrooms and a 3-bedroom available July 18-25.

We also have Springfest, Spring Cruisers, Jeep Week, and June family rentals available. The air show is scheduled for June 13-14 and the Fireman’s Convention is June 20-25. June 27-July 4 has some availability as well.

We do NOT book high school or college “senior weeks.”

At the end of summer we have family rental openings beginning August 22-29 and beyond.

Happy New Year! It was a beautiful day today to walk along the ocean and listen to its peaceful sound. Rental notices should be showing up in your email in the coming days. Please let us know if you do not intend to rent this year. We have a number of rentals we need to fit in and would like to honor people’s need to notify jobs for leave dates. Thank you!
