Well unless you live under a rock or don’t follow anyone in finance or politics I’m sure you’ve already heard but mortgage rates are at an all time low!! Interest rates have never been this low!! Even if you bought with me last year you may want to give your lender a call about a refinance! 6% down to a 3.5% could make a big difference! And if your thinking about buying, and will need any financing, jump on it now!! One of my first jobs (actually 3rd to be exact) was dish washing and busing tables when Jen first bought and renovated the Globe I was 14 or 15 years old. Then I also had my high school graduation party upstairs here, as well as many other great memories, family birthdays, and other various get-togethers. Sad to see it go!
